About Paws & Polish
We didn't start Paws & Polish to compete with big-box groomers — we started it because we couldn't find a place we'd trust with our own pets.
Our Story
After years of working at high-volume grooming salons, we saw something that broke our hearts: pets stuck in cages, groomers rushing through appointments, and anxious pet parents receiving zero updates.
We knew there had to be a better way. A way where pets receive gentle, unhurried attention. Where groomers remember each pet's quirks and preferences. Where anxious pet parents get photo updates so they never have to wonder.
That's why we book fewer appointments, give each pet their own dedicated time, and never put them in cages between services. We treat every pet as family — because to us, they are.
