What to Expect

Booking
Book online, by phone, or walk in. We will ask about your pet's breed, age, and temperament to tailor the experience.

Drop-off
Arrive 5 minutes early. We will do a quick meet-and-greet with your pet, give you an estimated time, and send you off with peace of mind.

During the Groom
Your pet gets one-on-one attention — no cages, no waiting around. We send photo updates so you can see they are happy and relaxed.
4
Pick-Up
Come back to a clean, happy pet with a bandana and a wagging tail. We will review what we did and schedule the next appointment.
